hello..
Building 1 and 2 has a floor area of more or less 570 sq. m..its a rough estimate. building 3 has a floor area of more or less 400 sq .m. these are 4-storey buildings.
Building 1 has 20 rooms per floor. Building 2 has 16 rooms in the first level and 20 rooms in the second, third and fourth level. Building 3 has 14 rooms per level. all the rooms are typical in forms and area. each room has its own toilet and bath having an area of roughly 5.5 sq.m. Each room has a floor area of roughly 16.5 sq.m (excluding the toilet and bath)
with regards to the rental, rumors say it’s 6,000 Php per head per month. One room can accommodate up to 4 person. Each has its own bed, cabinet and table. All rooms are air conditioned. Furthermore, there are study rooms available in every building. Also, each room is equipped with smoke detector and two sprinklers.
